Milan will start the new season on July 16th

Milan will meet on July 16, opening its 2008-2009 season. After ten days of training at Milanello, the team will play the first friendly in Lombardia, as happened in the last two summers. On July 29, there will be Tim Cup with Juve and Inter, while on the 31st Milan will be flying to Moscow.

In Moscow, from Aug 1st to 3rd, Milan will play Russian Railways Cup’, with Lokomotiv Moscow, Chelsea and Seville. Then on Aug 17, there will be the traditional Luigi Berlusconi Trophy, against Juventus. Before Serie A starts (August 31), the Milan will likely play two more friendlies, with opponents to be determined (could be Anderlecht and Benfica).
