What’s going on with his nose?

Per far guarire Nesta dal mal di schiena, il Milan le sta provando proprio tutte: adesso spunta la “macchina speciale”
Il difensore rossonero si sta curando a Miami. Il calvario di Alessandro Nesta prosegue. Il 32enne difensore del Milan, che ancora non ha potuto bagnare il suo esordio in campionato per via di problemi alla schiena, è fermo ormai da più di tre mesi.

Proprio quando il suo rientro in campo sembrava essere vicino (ad ottobre ha anche disputato un’amichevole), ecco la ricaduta che lo ha fermato nuovamente.

Adesso, l’ex capitano della Lazio sta lavorando a Miami da circa una settimana. Il trasferimento negli States, come si legge oggi su Tuttosport, è dovuto alla possibilità di utilizzare una macchina speciale nata proprio per risolvere i problemi alla schiena.

Lo staff medico rossonero si augura di restituire il difensore a Carlo Ancelotti per l’inizio del 2009.

Da ormai una settimana Alessan­dro Nesta lavora a Miami. Il difensore è par­tito lo scorso venerdì per cercare di lasciarsi de­finitivamente alle spalle i problemi alla schie­na che lo angosciano dallo scorso 13 luglio. Una protrusione discale dovuta allo schiacciamen­to di due vertebre che lo ha costretto a rima­nere per tre mesi e mezzo ai box. Nesta ha scelto, dopo la ricaduta avuta a fine ottobre, di volare dall’altra parte dell’Oceano per curarsi presso le strutture del Kendall Regional Me­dical Centre dove già nell’inverno a cavallo del 2006-2007 si era sottoposto alla riabilitazione della spalla sinistra. A spiegare la situazione di Nesta, le parole del medico sociale rossone­ro, Massimo Manara: «Ci siamo sentiti gio­vedì e abbiamo parlato anche con il nostro fi­sioterapista che l’ha seguito a Miami (William Tillson, ndr). Alessandro ha iniziato il pro­gramma riabilitativo che più o meno si sovrap­pone a quello già seguito a Milanello – ha spie­gato Manara ai microfoni di Milan Channel ­. Al centro dove si sta recando, c’è però la pos­sibilità di seguire una terapia più particolare perché lì c’è un medico che ha inventato una macchina speciale per i guai alla schiena». A Miami due anni fa Nesta era rinato e il Milan giovò del suo ritorno nella rincorsa alla Cham­pions League. La speranza è la stessa, ovvero quella di ritrovare nel ritiro invernale di Du­bai (partenza il 29 dicembre) un giocatore fi­nalmente recuperato: «Dispiace – ha aggiunto Manara -. Eravamo arrivati al punto in cui pensavamo di essere usciti dal tunnel; pur­troppo c’è stata una regressione e si è preferi­to per la tranquillità del ragazzo, anche per gli aspetti psicologici, di rimandarlo a Miami».

MILANO – Ieri è tornato a Mila­nello Bill Tillson, il fisioterapista di fiducia del Milan, che era stato mandato dal club di via Turati al seguito di Nesta a Miami. Lo spe­cialista sta preparando una rela­zione da consegnare a Milan Lab e a Carlo Ancelotti per illustrare la situazione del difensore che lo scorso 7 novembre è partito per quella che, non solo metaforica­mente, rappresenta l’ultima spiaggia per lo sfortunato ex- la­ziale. Sembra che, comunque, la prima fase della terapia abbia da­to risultati apprezzabili. Nesta do­vrebbe aggregarsi nuovamente al gruppo in vista del ritiro inverna­le in programma in Dubai dal 29 dicembre al 7 gennaio.

can you give me the info link to maldini’s? now i am not 100% sure about the info. nesta has a 4-4 while maldini has a 2-4? Sale Date:3/2008? and the price listed are not the same as previously reported. maldini’s condo is around 1m while nesta’s should be around .8 million:

Torna Sandro Nesta, non in campo ma nel suo buen retiro di Miami. Il dolore alla schiena è ancora insopportabile e il difensore romano è costretto a rimanere ancora fermo. Il timore si evinceva già ieri dalle parole di Galliani: <galliani su Nesta>. L’ernia del disco con schiacciamento della vertebra diagnosticata lo scorso 13 luglio non dà tregua a Nesta che in accordo con lo staff medico rossonero aveva optato per una terapia conservativa, terapia che evidentemente non ha dato i frutti sperati. Sandro infatti aveva provato a giocare nell’amichevole di Tirana ma già dopo la partita non sembrava molto convinto delle sue condizioni. Subito dopo Ancelotti l’ha portato in panchina contro la Sampdoria, tutto faceva pensare che fosse pronto per il rientro e invece negli allenamenti a Milanello è tornato a sentire dolore alla schiena. ADesso per curarsi ha chiesto di andare in Florida come nell’inverno della stagione 2006/07 quando si era operato alla spalla. Ancelotti gli ha già dato il permesso, Galliani glielo darà. A patto che Nesta decida di operarsi per risolvere definitivametne il problema, proprio come aveva fatto due anni fa Serginho per la medesima patologia. Il difensore, da sempre in contrasto con lo staff medico rossonero, ricorderete la lesione al tendine della mano, è acnora restio all’idea di intervenire chirurgicamente. I medici di Milanello però ci avevano visto lungo quest’estate, non a caso conoscendo la bassa soglia di sopportazione del dolore dui Sandro avevano consigliato ad Ancelotti di non inserirlo nella lista Uefa fino a gennaio. In attesa di decidere sull’operazione Nesta pReferisce proseguire la terapia nella sua casa al Bath Club di Miami, una casa da sogno costata 2.5 milioni di dollari in un residence esclusivo sulla COllins Avenue. Il suo progetto è quello di tornare il 29 dicembre per il ritiro di dubai, con buona pace del Milan che può scaramanticamente consolarsi pensando che due anni fa quando NEsta rimase due mesi a Miami poi tornò per vincere la Champions ad Atene.

1002 on the sales site is listed as 3-3.5 while on the gov site is 2-4(i checked the floor plans, there is no 2-4 actually) @@ but now it all makes sense: he bought 1002 in 2005 and when Tomasso was born, he got this 2.5m suite in March 2008 so he is selling the old one. i see the last pic:) and look at this one, sth familiar, haha

i was about to say to put anything like a luxury condo on sale now is a very very bad idea (as what i would expect from nesta): you can see a comparable 3-3 in the same building on the same floor has decreased 10.2% since Oct) . but with a purchase price of .82m, look at what price he is asking: 1.95m (the mkt price is around 1.5m), wow! no wonder many friends told me to invest on real estates!!!
